  16. The first international conference organized by the Internet Society focusing 
  17. on worldwide issues of research and academic networking- INET '92--will be held 
  18. on June 15-18, 1992 in Kobe, Japan. The goal of this conference is to bring 
  19. together individuals from university, industry and government who are involved 
  20. with planning, implementing, managing and funding national, regional and 
  21. international research and academic networks.

  23. The conference agenda will include plans and status reports on research and 
  24. academic networks throughout the world. In addition, possible topics for
